Our Austin Secret for the Best Coffee
The coffee is the best I have ever had. For years I bought the amazing Double French from Central Market, but I have now discovered I can order it direct from the roasters at Third Coast Coffee. It's under new ownership by the roasters from Los Armadillos Coffee, and they introduced me to medium roasts and their Fair Trade Organic coffees. They are amazing! I have never tasted such flavorful, smooth, and fruity coffee.. you can really taste the difference when you get this kind of quality, and get it so fresh!
You have to call ahead though. They don't always have a lot of coffee roasted- they only roast to order for their restaurant customers (which is good I guess for those restaurants, it's never sitting around waiting for their order), but I have been by when all the coffee was on its way out the door.
