Great Prices / Customer Service not so Good.
They offer great Prices on factory seconds and good quality items. However, after I ordered and paid for an Orvis Net Zero Fly rod for my birthday, this establishment cancelled the order without giving me any reason?? no email nothing. They did refund the monies paid but it ruined my birthday gift from my dad. They offer great prices if you can get the merchandise. TOO BAD They get a "ZERO" for CUSTOMER SERVICE.
